**Mez En Place Event Planning Company - Refund Policy**

Thank you for choosing Mez En Place Event Planning Company for your event needs. We strive to provide excellent service and ensure your satisfaction. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
**1. Reservation and Cancellation:**
- To secure our services for your event, a non-refundable reservation fee of 50% is required.
- In the event of cancellation by the client, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
**2. Refund Eligibility:**
- Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Mez En Place Event Planning Company is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If the client provides a written cancellation notice within 30 days before the scheduled event date.
**3. Refund Process:**
- Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request to info@mezenplace.com
- The request should include details such as the reason for the refund, event details, and any relevant supporting documentation.
- Mez En Place Event Planning Company will review the request within 30 days and notify the client of the decision.
**4. Refund Determination:**
- Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Mez En Place Event Planning Company.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 90 days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued using a check with a 25% processing fee.
**5. Event Changes:**
- Changes to the event date or details may be considered on a case-by-case basis. and client will be billed accordingly.
- Any changes must be communicated to Mez En Place Event Planning Company 15 days prior to the event.
**6. Force Majeure:**
- Mez En Place Event Planning Company is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or any other force majeure events.
**7. No-Show Policy:**
- Failure of the client to appear or provide necessary information for the event without proper notice may result in the forfeiture of any refund eligibility.
**8. Modifications to the Refund Policy:**
- Mez En Place Event Planning Company reserves the right to modify this refund policy at its discretion. Clients will be notified of any changes.
